GENERAL INFORMATION ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY THE MUNICIPAL OFFICE IN GLIWICE1
1. The personal data controller is the Mayor of the City of Gliwice with its registered office at the Municipal Office in Gliwice (ul. Zwycięstwa 21, 44-100 Gliwice).

Special provisions may introduce additional requirements related to the exercise of the aforementioned rights, in which case you will be informed thereof.
Any data subject shall also have the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of data contrary to the law with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
