LSDP - list
LSDP list is generated against the collective layer of borders of the Local Spatial Development Plans. Its content involves all of the plans in development, both binding and non-binding. In the list, all transition states of binding plans limited in time are presented. If plan A is being partially replaced with plan B, the A plan will involve 3 positions on the list:
- As binding — in whole from the time of going into effect to the time of going into effect of plan B,
- As binding — partially, form the time of going into effect of plan B in a part not replaced by plan B,
- As partially non-binding — partially, form the time of going into effect of plan B in a part replaced by plan B.
