Legal protection
The owner of Urban Spatial Information System is the City of Gliwice.
MSIP constitutes an access point to services (search service, view service) referred to in Article 9(1)(1) and (2) of the Act of 4 March 2010 on Spatial Information Infrastructure (Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 76, item 489 as amended) for spatial data sets kept by the Mayor of the City of Gliwice.
All rights to MSIP, including its text and graphic elements, page layout and other elements are reserved.
The information contained in MSIP as well as statements and printouts generated from the system are for illustrative purposes only.
Subject to mandatory provisions of law, the City of Gliwice shall not be responsible for damages resulting from the use or lack of access to use MSIP.
